I Will Sit with You

I will sit with you in pain.

I will sit with you in tears.

I will sit with you in hope.

I will sit with you in silence.

I will sit with you in conversation.

I will sit with you in understanding.

I will sit with you in your deepest, darkest hours.

I will sit with you in your highest, most joyous moments.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation.

It happens together, hand-in-hand.

It happens we know we aren't alone in our feelings.

It happens when we reach in.

Please know I’ll take up the space beside you when you need help carrying your grief.

I’ll show up in whatever way you need, for as long as you need.

You are never alone. I’m always here.
